1. I’m Thinking of Ending Things – Netflix

Directed by Charlie Kauffman, I’m thinking of Ending Things is a movie you’ve never even remotely imagined. While the premise at the beginning seems very basic — a relatively new couple visiting the boy’s parents for the first time. It is way way more than just that, as things start to get weirder and weirder. You could easily get engrossed in this movie as you wait for the big reveal and what could be a “OMG” moment and is definitely one of our top picks today.

2. Don’t Breathe – Amazon Prime Video

If you want more of the mind bending stuff to watch today, here’s more. Three carefree people break into a blind Army veteran’s house to steal his money. While they expect the break in to be easy, they enter a twisted world of this blind man, who doesn’t seem as defenceless as they thought he would be. What follows is many gasping moments which is definitely going to make this movie a really enjoyable watch.

3. Onward – Disney+ Hotstar

Pixar movies are simple, light-hearted and pure with a storyline whilst predictable will eventually leave you teary eyed. Onward is exactly that and tells us a story about two brothers who live in a magical world hoping to relive just one more day with their father thanks to a resurrection spell that their father leaves them. How they make this happen against all odds is Onward for you.

4. Unbelievable – Netflix

What’s the best way to distract your mind from what is happening in real life? Get yourself engrossed in a classic police drama. Unbelievable — all of eight episodes — is just that. A girl claims that she was raped, but couldn’t recollect the details only for the cops to dismiss the case. But similar incidents pop up, which forces special investigators to take it up once again.

5. Fresh Prince of Bel Air – Amazon Prime Video

The recent reunion episode brought back some of the most fondest memories of this amazing sitcom from the ’90s. Starring Will Smith, Fresh Prince of Bel-Air ruled television during the 90s and launched what has been a really successful career of Will Smith. But the episodes are genuinely funny and are definitely worth your time if you’re looking for some mindless, warm and fuzzy entertainment.
