The visual similarities to the ID.4 are clear, including the sleek headlights with their defined LED DRLs, the same wheels, and black cladding around the wheel arches. Even the same swoopy beltline remains. Of course, things are quite a bit different at the back. A sloping roofline and reshaped windows in the region of the C-pillar complete the ID.4's transformation into a coupe-SUV. To smooth out the looks even further, the designer removed the roof rails and rear window wiper of the ID.4 for this ID.5 render. At the back, the two crossovers share a full-width lighting cluster. The roof-mounted spoiler is removed, too, with a spoiler now positioned at the edge of the trunk lid.
