Disney+ Hotstar’s November list of releases is a reminder why this platform never compromises on the quality of content that is released over the month. Ranging from various National Geographic collaborations, Marvel Studios’ specials and behind-the-scene footage, many upcoming titles are once again proof why can’t let go of this platform anytime soon.

November 2

Star Wars: Andor Episode 9

Staying on course as yet another Star Wars spin-off series, Andor starring Diego Luna as the titular protagonist, a Rebel Spy is one of the prominent figures playing into the Rebel Alliance. Within the franchise’s timeline, this series is set five years before the events of Rogue One. Following the ninth release, episodes 10, 11, and 12 will also be released on the subsequent Wednesdays of the month till November 23, 2022.

Mysterious Benedict Society Season 2 Episode 3

In a children’s mystery based on the books of Trenton Lee Stewart, Mr. Benedict recruits four gifted children to the Learning Institute for Veritas and Enlightenment (L.I.V.E) during “The Emergency”. The new season will once again pit them against the nefarious deeds of Dr. Curtain. With Mr. Benedict and Number Two missing, the rest must put their ace caps on to follow the trail of clues left behind by the former and find them before it’s too late. Successive episodes will also be released eventually on a weekly basis.

The Mighty Ducks: Game Changers Season 2 Episode 6

Supported by an ambitious cast including Lauren Graham and Josh Duhamel, the second season put the Mighty Ducks in the midst of several other notable players of the game. The camp director doesn’t take it easy when it comes to charging, but the Ducks aren’t willing to back down from a fight either. In the words of Graham’s Alex, “this is not summer camp, this is psycho”. As the usual underdog narrative runs through content of this kind, each one of them has the right to be in the spot they’ve earned rightfully. Watch the Mighty Ducks lead by example and conquer the ice rink. More episodes will also be released over the month.

November 3

Marvel Studios Assembled: The Making of She-Hulk: Attorney at Law

After the 9-episode run of She-Hulk starring Tatiana Maslany as the new titular smash-ing superhero in the mix, Marvel Studios is all set to release the the makings of a show that achieved visual miracle by literally breaking open the fourth wall at the next level. This is bound to be delightful run because the upcoming special episode will dig into various fun-tastic moments that happened behind-the-scenes, especially with the likes of Charlie Cox, Mark Ruffalo and others having been the supportive cast of the sereis.

November 4

Marvel Studios Episodes

Marking the release of several Marvel episodes, the fourth day of the month will be a blast-ful of surprises for the MCU fans. While Director by Night will dish the off-screen secrets of Marvel’s first Special Presentation: Werewolf by Night, Michael Giacchino directorial debut, other Marvel Studios Legends episodes will probe into the three standing figures of Black Panther‘s success – King T’challa, Princess Shuri and the Dora Milaje.

Brahmastra

Depsite the Bollywood still being screened in Indian theatres, the film with Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt as the Astraverse’s pioneers has already been greenlit by Disney+ Hotstar for its OTT premiere. Released last month as the first installment of Ayan Mukherji’s triology, the movie features endless grand-scale cameos that add to the starstudded aspect of the film along with its extravagant visual effects that seek to map out elements of Hindu Mythology.

November 9

Save Our Squad with David Beckham

The former English footballer is back to East London football pitches where his legacy will live on forever. In his long-awaited comeback home, Beckam will not only relive the initial days of his career’s foundational basis but also join the Westward Boys, the Under-14s who could use a pat on the back and a bit of direction for following their aspirations. With relegation standing a feet apart, Beckam will have to pick up the mentor cap to guide these boys after not having won a single game during the season.

November 16

The Santa Clauses

Here comes another Christmas series but with a twist that endangers both the merry and joy of the holiday – Santa’s retirement- an announcement we never thought we’d hear. As the heartbreaking news breaks out, the old Santa initiates the interview rounds for welcoming another candidate as his replacement. The series open on November 16, 2022, with a two-episode premiere.

Limitless with Chris Hemsworth

Putting his mighty hammer down for the minute, Chris Hemsworth is ready to take on a new epic trial that put his body and limits to the ultimate test, testing his potential to the level he never thought he could tap into. With a brave and resilient game face on, is ready to take on the new challenge odds presented by nature, thereby questioning our mortal inhibitions and a way to reverse it all.

November 18

Mickey: The story of a Mouse

Jeff Malmberg’s documentary takes us back to Disney’ origins that were put into motion all because of a Mouse. Mickey isn’t just Disney’s signature insignia, he’s also come to be seen as a universal symbol of love and friendship shared by us all, regardless of our backgrounds. Looking back at our childhoods and the joy ignited by this simplistic figure of a mouse, Disney takes us through the journey of his evolution and impact on the world.

November 24

Disenchanted

After having lived her happily ever after, Giselle’s family moves to Monroeville, a community led by Malvian Monroe who has diabolical plans of her own to sabotage their lives. All our beloved actors from the 2007 Enchanted are back to reprise their roles in thehighly anticipated Disney sequel after more than a decade to sprinkle a new spell of magic and love.

November 30

Willow Season 1

Presenting a brand new fantasy dystopia, Willow is based on the 1988 film of the same name that will transport us to a land where reality and dreams are synonymous with each other. Leading with magic and myth as its founding basis, this quest is led by the titular man to save the world, but the question is, who will save them?
