Another weekend is here and you might be wondering what to watch as your curl up in your blanket and hit the couch. There are plenty of new options from every genre on various OTT platforms.

ON DISNEY+ HOTSTAR

Bro Daddy

Bro Daddy starring Mohanlal and Prithviraj Sukumaran as father and son is a family drama. The film is also directed by Prithviraj Sukumaran himself, his second directorial venture after 2019’s Lucifer. It’s going to be a fun watch. Click here to read the review.

Tadap

Suniel Shetty’s son, Ahan Shetty, made his Bollywood debut with Tadap. Tara Sutaria played the female lead in the romantic action thriller. The film is a treat for all the action fans.

All of Us Are Dead

All of Us Are Dead is a South Korean zombie-horror series. The cast features Park Ji-hoo, Yoon Chan-young, Jo Yi-hyun, Lomon, and Yoo In-soo. This will keep you hooked.

In From the Cold

In From the Cold is about an American single mom who must juggle family life and unique shape-shifting skills in a battle against an insidious enemy after being exposed as a Russian spy.

ON LIONSGATE PLAY

Hope

Hope is an espionage drama set in present-day Russia and the 90s. The show is about a strong-headed female protagonist who has an underlying secret in the past. She is a loving mother and wife but is also a dangerous contractual killer.

Breathe

Breathe is a romantic drama which stars Andrew Garfield and Claire Foy. The film is a take on how weaknesses can be leveraged to strengths in relationships. When Robin, played by Andrew, becomes paralysed from the neck down by polio, Claire, essayed by Diana, doesn't give up.

ON APPLE TV

The Afterparty

The official synopsis of After Party reads, “a high-paced thriller about the kidnapping of the son of a prominent American businesswoman." The series based on the Israeli series False Flag stars Uma Thurman, Kunal Nayyar, Noah Emmerich, Georgina Campbell, Elyes Gabel, Elizabeth Henstridge and Angel Coulby.

ON ZEE5

Mukti

Mukti, a Bengali web series, features Ritwick Chakraborty and Arjun Chakroborty. This period drama directed by Rohan Ghose, is set in rural Bengal during the British Raj. Get ready for a story about freedom fighters who fought for India’s independence.

ON DISCOVERY+

American Detective with Joe Kenda

Featuring Lt. Joe Kenda, the six-episode show deals with unbelievable crimes. The show also focuses on the 'hows' and 'whats' of the criminals' arrest. If you are in for an edge-of-the-seat ride, American Detective should be on your watchlist.
