The holiday season is just around the corner, so now is the time to think about party outfits. Luckily, Amazon's in-house label, The Drop, just launched a collection of sexy holiday clothes — but it's only available to shop for the next 30 hours.
Fashion blogger Suyapa Lucy Hernandez of the Instagram account @lucyswhims designed these pieces to "dress up your holidays and transition into your work wardrobe," she said in a press release. The entire collection is made from luxe-yet-affordable neutral fabrics, and the pieces come in sizes XXS through 3X. Available in both black and dusty rose, the satin tank is the "perfect elegant drape top," according to Hernandez. It's made from a lightweight and stretchy blend of polyester and spandex, and it's completely machine-washable. The top has cowl draping over a square neckline and an asymmetrical hemline that can work with jeans, trousers, or even the right skirt. Simply throw on a blazer and a statement necklace, and you're ready to go from the office to the office holiday party.
If you like to stay comfortable but still look put together, the half-zip sweatshirt is a no-brainer. It comes in black and beige, and it's made from medium-weight cotton. The pullover has a ribbed collar and an asymmetrical zippered neckline with a silver ring around the pull tab. Hernandez calls the sweatshirt "anything but sloppy," adding that it's "perfect with athleisure or with jeans and heels."
Finishing off with the hero piece of the collection, the Black Straight-Leg Strapless Jumpsuit is begging to make an appearance at New Year's Eve. It's made from mid-weight stretchy polyester and has a functional zipper up the front, an elasticized waistband on the back, and a removable fabric belt. Hernandez recommends "edging this one up with a sheer black turtleneck underneath or topping with the Staples by The Drop Noa Trench."
